Second-year students of the Study Plan in Creative Design designed their
personal website (year of study 2011/2012, lecturer: Cesar Arroyo)
Furnishings made with cardboard by the second-year students.
The extra
work is embedded within the project Riciclando, which concluded with an exhibition at Caffè
Pedrocchi in Padua on the theme of objects and products made with recycled
materials.
Second-year students had to reclaim objects (or some sections of them) at the
end of their cycle of use in order to design new products with new features.
The project,
called Riciclando, also aimed to the awareness of product design with recycled materials. The
objects were exhibited at Caffè Pedrocchi in Padua during the event Notte Verde 2012.
Second year students become IKEA hackers: young designers involved in the graphic and/or
structural restyle of some IKEA products, discovering new aspects and unrhinkable features. The
project D4I has been made for charity by Scuola Italiana Design for IOV, Institute Oncology
Veneto.
The items have been designed and developed under the guidance of Lecturers Giovanni
Zambon and Wilmer Gentili.
