The objective of the one-year Master course in Creative Design® is to create a connection between the Companies interested in collaborating with the world of design in the Veneto Region and groups of young Designers, coordinated by the Teaching Staff of Scuola Italiana Design to develop design projects assigned by the Companies.

For every single project the Representatives of the participating Companies assign the themes to be developed. This is followed by the research method, the creative method, the design method, with regular checks of the progress arranged with the Responsible Supervisors, by the Institute or by the companies.

The Master Course lasts one year, from mid-September to the end of May (32 weeks of lesson).

The design modules are divided in 10 weeks during the year as follows:

• Project 1: From mid-October to the end December.


• Project 2: From mid December to mid-March.


• Project 3: From mid-March to the end of May.

The Master is aimed at designers, who already have a background in some area of design. It is assumed that you have already attended the Creative Design Course of Scuola Italiana Design, or some othre graphic design schools in Italy or abroad, you should be either final-year undergraduate or graduate in Architecture, Industrial Design or Engineering, or you should have professional experience as art director or designer.

There are three main reasons why an Entreprise assigns project themes to the Master Course of Scuola Italiana Design®:

• the opportunity to deal with non-conditioned creative groups able to develop concept or product design themes



• the product interpretation made by young Designers that are experiencing new cultural influences due to globalization, new lifestyles, new behaviours, new needs to be fulfilled and new product
ideas


• the possibility to select young young Designers after seeing them at work and at the end of the project management experience.
