he JOY project takes up the challenge of Age and Diversity Management to encourage actions, measures, participatory solutions to enhance people’s skills, regardless of age, promoting them as a strategic and indispensable factor for:
– sustainable economic development
– social cohesion and growth
– competitiveness and continuity of organizations
In this context, training workshops and coaching activities are offered on topics such as economics and communication aimed at encouraging diversity and collaboration between generations.
