Alessandro Carraro

Management engineer with experience as a business consultant and manager. He has taught for many years at Scuola Italiana Design, where he holds the chair of Production Technologies. He is a founding partner of Tailor, a company he manages with the goal of organic, stable and structured growth. As managing partner, he is involved in the organization, coordination and delivery of consulting projects in lean organization, process reengineering, digitization and business reorganization. He believes in the importance of people within the enterprise and values listening and discussion as tools for growth and improvement.
