End of Course Exhibition
On Dec. 14, 2023, the exhibition The Importance of Repetition and Feedbacks, the final outcome of the first-year Graphic Image Design course, was held in the spaces of Open-Open in Padua.
The project starts from a reflection on the value of repetition as an educational and design tool, capable of refining method, technique and visual awareness. Leading the process is a series of reproductions inspired by Josef Albers’ Squares, reworked through screen printing.
The analysis of color combinations and color relationships thus becomes the ground for a slow and progressive practice, where each successive attempt leads to improvement and opens up new expressive possibilities.
An exhibition that celebrates the importance of error, iteration, and feedback as tools for building solid design skills and a critical look at form.
The proposal
After an analysis of the existing brand, the importance of communicating what are the core values to be conveyed emerged: reliability, competence, seriousness and innovation.
The proposal developed, “Whatever Happens,” aims to encapsulate all these values and decline them in an essential visual identity, immediate and understandable by anyone.
In the new brand model Avanguardia Medica becomes the main brand, from which the various services offered derive. For each of them, a naming and logo was designed that could represent their essence: Mediphonica for health support, Kidsphonica for pediatric support, Assicuraphonica for insurance support, and Mentalphonica for psychological support.
Communication media
Various communication materials, both analog and digital, were developed to reach a wide and diverse audience, including:
- Company profile: encloses all information about the company and services offered;
- Posters: allow you to reach a wide audience and arouse curiosity;
- Over-the-counter displays: can be placed inside pharmacies or outpatient clinics to promote the service and purchase it by card;
- Website and social media: provide an overview of services offered and reviews from those who use them.
